Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston , I managed a customer service call center for a major health insurance company here in North Carolina. And before managing a customer service call center, I co-managed a retail jewelry store in Charleston , South Carolina . Have you ever made a purchase only to find out afterwards that you're on your own if you need any help with any questions or problems you might have? You tend to feel as if you're in the dark and nobody's willing to give you the help that you need. Well I've been there before myself, too, and it's a feeling I don't want anyone to experience when buying and/or selling a home.
That's why my commitment to you entails providing you with excellent Service For Life. When you choose to become my client (and friend), my assistance and input will never come to an end once you have purchased your new home or sold your current home. My support to you will have just begun! At any time after the transaction has taken place, you can contact me for advice related to real estate, questions you or others might have, input on how I might decorate one or all of your rooms in your new home ( I love to help friends with decorating their homes!) or anything else with which you might need help. It doesn't matter whether you call me two days after you've closed, or ten years after you've closed.
